Although you may have never heard of BT, he is quickly breaking through in the American electronic pop genre along with the likes of Moby and Fatboy Slim.

While BT is relatively unknown in the U.S., that is about to change. He already has a huge following in Europe due to his incredible ability to mix electronic, pop and rock into one, synchronized and audibly-pleasing album. Before Moby and Fatboy Slim had even entered the U.S. music scene, electronic pop was an underground only genre. No one really gave it the credit it was due, nor even heard it much unless it was played in the soundtrack of a movie, where it was really only heard on a sub-conscious level. This all changed when Moby and Fatboy Slim entered the picture and although electronic pop still does not have the traction that it truly deserves, it is gaining momentum nonetheless. Following in the footsteps of Moby and Fatboy Slim is BT.

Pros: BT hit the mark with this album in the sense of not only pleasing techno fans with tracks such as "Madskillz" and "Never Gonna Come Back Down," but he also produces a happy medium with slower, more calming electronic tracks such as "Satellite." While most albums have a lot of filler, this is one facet, fortunately, where BT fails to travel. EVERY SINGLE track on the album is extremely well-contrived, unique in its own way and successfully provides a smooth transition from the previous song.

Cons: Really not much to say here. The only downfall I can think of is the genre. Because electronic pop is generally not accepted by U.S. audiences yet, I know this album will not get the credit that it deserves and may not convert non-electronic enthusiasts.

Known for his amazing ability to combine electronic pop with softer, more calming lyrics, BT is not only following Moby's footsteps, but pushing through and making a name for himself and drawing a huge crowd in the U.S. market. As I stated before, electronic pop is one of the more obscure, unknown music genres. Whatever the case may be, if you are a fan of Moby and/or Fatboy Slim, be sure to check BT's "Movement in Still Life."
